Poker Night ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to the app:

• Account Data: Email address and authentication credentials (handled securely via Supabase Auth)
• Game Data: Player names, nicknames, session history, buy-in amounts, winnings, and settlement information
• Group Data: Information about poker groups you create or join, including group name and member lists
• Device Identifiers: Anonymous device ID used for sync purposes

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device data. The app does not access your microphone, camera, or calendar.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the app's core features (game tracking, statistics, settlement calculations)
• Sync your data across your devices
• Authenticate your account securely
• Display accurate game history and player statistics
• Respond to your support requests

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Supabase encrypts data in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth, which uses secure, salted password hashing.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

Your game data and account information are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Within your poker group, other players will see:

• Your display name
• Your game statistics (buy-ins, winnings, session results)
• Your settlement status

This sharing is limited to members of groups you explicitly join or create.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for backend services. For information on how Supabase handles your data, please review their Privacy Policy.

The app does not integrate with analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correct: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export: Request your data in a portable format

9. Children's Privacy

Poker Night is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
