Yes. The app works completely offline — you can create groups, track sessions, and manage players entirely on your device without any account or internet connection. Signing in with Supabase is only needed if you want to share a group with others across devices.

In the Groups tab, tap the group, then tap Share. An admin can publish the group to sync online. Other players can join using the share code without needing to know your account details.

No. The app is a ledger only — it tracks who owes whom but does not process, transmit, hold, or move any money. All settlements happen outside the app, between players, using their own payment method (Venmo, cash, etc.).

If you were using the app offline only, your data is on your device and will be deleted. If you published a group to Supabase, the data remains on our servers until you delete your account. See our privacy policy for how to request deletion.

Not currently. You can view and screenshot session details from the Sessions tab. If you need raw data, contact us at pokernight@waylabs.com and we can help.

Any. In Settings, pick your preferred currency for display — the app will show amounts in that symbol. The underlying math doesn't change; it's just a display preference.

Yes. If you sign in, your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Supabase's servers. If you use the app offline, data stays on your device. See our privacy policy for details.
